Brilliant to be working with the team at @mimecast_ltd again! Check out these 2 amazing skateboards that came off of their recent OnBoard event. The boards will be donated to @bycskatepark in Brighton where they will be accessible for children without a board of their own! We can’t wait to see these boards in use 🛹
It is estimated that around 400,000 in the UK do not have a bed to sleep in.* Our Get Ahead Challenge looks to bring that number down.
Working together in teams of 10, your participants will artwork funky headboards that are donated with a bed and mattress to their new homes! It’s a fun and engaging activity that lets your teams express their creativity whilst giving back to families in their local area.
Become part of this amazing event legacy and engage your teams with this life changing team challenge. Support families, refugees and domestic abuse survivors.
*As per a study back in 2017.
A brilliant session with the team yesterday at @davinesofficial at @horwoodhouse 🛹👏🏽 We we’re thrilled to be working with a fellow @bcorpuk business who utilised their teams afternoon to give back to a great local charity in Milton Keynes, @servicesix! The boards will be going on to support their SEN Youth Project and their Stepping Stones project. We can’t wait to see these boards down at the skate park! Well done to all involved 👏🏽🛹
It was brilliant to be able to support the @pyfcoventry and @gofoleshill with a recent donation of 7 bikes from our Charity Bike Build. These bikes are going to support the wider community in the Foleshill area and it's great to see so many happy faces already!
A massive well done to all those at Oxford University Press for taking a couple of hours out of their day to do something incredible for charity! You've enabled a whole new generation of cyclists!
Wow, what a year 2021 was. Despite the restrictions of Covid-19 we still managed to donate £87,630 worth of equipment to our charities. This included bikes, performance wheelchairs, beds, skateboards, food parcels, care packs, fun houses and cash! We can’t wait to see what we achieve in 2022 with our clients 🥳👏🏽
Great to see the teams at @freseniuskabi Limited UK come together last week to build 10 performance wheelchairs. They took part in a series of challenges to win wheelchair parts, ready to build and complete by the end of the session. Pictured are teams taking part in Boccia, a Paralympic sport, similar to bocce or bowls. Together they must communicate to help their blindfolded teammate guide a ball with the aim of getting closest to the Jack ball! We think the red teams might of had the advantage here!
Brilliant as always to work with the UK team at Alteryx last week on our OnBoard event! The boards created were donated to the Action for Children Camden and Islington Short Breaks.
This service supports disabled young people in their homes or to access their local community. The goal is to ensure disabled children have the same opportunities in life as their non-disabled peers. They encourage children to be ambitious about what they want to do and work with them to make their wishes a reality.
We hope the skateboards are well received this Christmas in their new homes, ready to carve up the ramps in the New Year!
WOW - talk about FUN houses 😍 these 2 fun houses will be going into 2 SEN schools in the Richmond area. The Four Seasons was based around our “nature” creative theme showcasing the four seasons of the year. The fun house on the left will be finding it’s way into the reading corner at the school, featuring fab characters such as Elma the Elephant, The Hungry Caterpillar and the little mermaid. We think the young children will love these! Fab work by our client 👏🏽🎨👩🏽🎨👨🏿🎨🧑🏻🎨
Over the last few weeks, we've managed to build 33 @mymotivationwheelchair Multisports Wheelchairs through o3e's Performance Wheelchair Challenge. That's 4 UK charities that have benefitted from your teams getting together for just 2.5 hours!
3 chairs were donated to the Kingsley Tennis Club through the LTA. Luke, Wheelchair Performance Tennis Coach at Kingsley Tennis Centre said:
"So far the chairs have been really well received from the players at Kingsley. We’ve had a couple of sessions now where we’ve been able to offer the adult chair to a recreational player on the Wednesday adult session. The kind donation of chairs has also allowed us to plan an open day at the start of 2022 to promote wheelchair tennis to new players in the local area. This wouldn’t have been possible before as equipment was limited, now we have 3 new chairs to allow players to try the sport out.
The new chairs have also help me to coach players whilst I’m playing in a chair, so if the session has odd numbers I’m able to get in to a wheelchair and compete with the players in either singles or doubles!"
What will your event legacy be?
Now that's what I call a backdrop! It was brilliant to work with the @jobadder team yesterday at Canterbury Cathedral Lodge. Working in groups of 6, the teams were able to paint and assemble 12 skateboards which were then donated to Imago Community's Young Carers in Canterbury and surrounding areas. A great effort from all involved! 🛹 🎨 👏
What an amazing week last week, 20 bikes and 14 multi sports wheelchairs built and donated to charities through our Charity Team Building events. We were delighted to deliver 7 bikes to @_alicecharity on behalf of our client. We can’t wait to hear the success stories from these donations.
What a brilliant Charity Bike build we had yesterday with the team at MML Capital Partners at @pennyhill_park ! There was so much energy and enthusiasm in the room that the teams managed to build 5 brand new bikes for @berkshireyouth and The Wayz Centre in Bracknell. We can’t wait to see the bikes in their new homes 🚲
It was great to be a part of the @citmagazine Recovery Forum last week and showcase a little more about what o3e does.
If you didn’t know, o3e is a niche events company, all of our events give back to charity! Each of our team building challenges are highly participative and energising and create value for businesses, employees and charities!
The bike built at the @citmagazine recovery forum was donated to @actionforchildren hub in Birmingham to support one of their families. Swipe to see their story and how the bike 🚲 will benefit them ➡️➡️➡️
Our Charity Bike Build also makes a great activation activity for an exhibition activity, as well as being a team building activity!
Thanks so much to everyone who help us build the bike on the day, the family we’re elated!

It’s been an exciting week for us, we’ve been back to live events… and how about that for a view!! 😍
Thanks to the guys at @madisonlondon1 for providing this gorgeous venue for our first Charity Bike Build of the year, and certainly not the last!
The teams did amazingly and were able to donate 4 bikes which were donated to @cyclistsfightingcancer 🚲
It certainly feels surreal to be back to face to face events but we loved every second! This was the first time our client had been face to face for over a year and it was great to feel the buzz throughout the event. Well done team for your great efforts to support charity 👏🏽
We’re counting down the days until we get to paint and build some more funky headboards and beds for charities!
As one of our crew members, India has supported us on both virtual and live team challenges over the last few years.
She is also a guest writer on our o3e blog, sharing her experiences from working on our events.
She’s super passionate about the environment and a self confessed bee nerd! She’s also one of the creative masterminds behind our team challenges and we love having her as part of the o3e team!
Hopefully we see you soon on one of our live events! 🤞🏽
