It's that time of year again in Munich from Saturday 16.10.2017 to Tuesday 03.10.2017. This means there will be areas where access is not allowed due to security protocols, and therefore deliveries and collections will not be possible.

Attached you will find information about the restricted areas and roads. The areas of the map that are inside the locked zones are restricted and entry is not possible.

Please expect and request longer pickup time and delivery windows in all adjacent streets.

It is a public holiday in the Czech Republic on the 5th and 6th of July. There will be no pick ups or deliveries on these two days. Regular delivery schedule will recommence on Friday 7th July.

Monday, 5th June is a public holiday in Austria, Denmark & Germany; the hub will be closed and the following change to our flight schedule has been made:

Shipments for Germany received on Friday, 2nd June and Saturday, 3rd June will be delivered Tuesday, 6th June.

Shipments for all destinations received Monday, 5th June will be delivered Wednesday, 7th June.

Easter Service Update - Denmark

Thursday 13th April, to Monday 17th April, inclusive is a public holiday in Denmark. No deliveries or pick ups on these days.
Service resumes 18th April.

Apron and Taxi Works Southend - Cargo

Taxiway and apron upgrade works are due to be carried out at Southend Airport over the next few months. The airport will be closed overnight on certain days and we will not be able to depart as per our normal schedule.

This will require a change in our cut-off time for the next three weeks, effective today, to comply with the restrictions.

Mondays - No Change

Tuesday- Wednesday-Thursday - our cut-off will be 19:20

Friday-Saturday - No Change

2017 Carnival Season in Germany:

The end of the "fünften Jahreszeit" ("fifth season") is rung from Thursday, 23 February and will be celebrated in various areas in the Rheinland.

In the Carnival strongholds of Cologne, Bonn, Mainz and Dusseldorf there will be, from Thursday, 23rd February through Tuesday, 28th February various Carnival parades taking place.

The highlight for these cities is, as always, the Rose Monday parade where 1.5 million visitors are expected in Cologne alone.

In addition to the parade on Carnival Monday, during the Carnival days there are "Veedelszöch" (Carnivals within individual neighbourhoods and towns around the cities mentioned.)

In these areas where streets are closed, traffic is heavily restricted and access is no longer possible. Deliveries to these areas will therefore not be completed; many companies will close at midday on the day, or they will not open at all.

Please check if the consignee will be open and present during this time, as delivery will automatically be rolled over to the next day.

On Ash Wednesday, 1st March everything is over and everyday life resumes
