Re-build to the top of a chimney to replace the defaced brick work.
A complete re-build was too big for the customer to take on at this time so we offered our services to re-build just the top few courses including the flaunching. This will buy them an extra few years before more works may be required.

Our rather large site in Steyning coming along very nicely 🏠
Due to the roof pitch being below 35 degrees (Minimum pitch for plain tiles), we are using a low roof pitch system to prevent water ingress during wet weather ☔️

Re-roof to front and rear of property in Portslade complete 🏠 ✅

We removed the existing tiles/battens, gutter, fascia and soffit which was all cleared away to a rabbit skip. Rabbit Group (Lancing) recycle 90% of the roof coverings we remove from the roofs we replace which is always a bonus! ♻️🌍

We replaced the old with: New Redland 49 concrete tiles, PVC fascias, soffits & guttering 🔨

We also re-rendered the chimney with 3 coats of waterproof mortar including stainless steel trims, new leadwork, bird spikes and Chimney pots.

The customer also received a 10 year insurance backed guarantee which we provide with all new roofs!

We are very happy with how this 4 hipped garage turned out.
We used an Acme: Double camber: Burnt flame tile and fittings to create a weathered look to match the main house.
Both the customer and the builder were very happy with the quality of work as you can see!

A beautiful hand made tile finish on a listed property in Amberley.

A project we provided all roof coverings on a new build in Horsham.
Multiple Velux windows fitted, intricate cuts up valleys and against dormers and a new torch-on felt crown flat roof.

We have only just been able to take and post this photo as the scaffold was up for so long!

A very satisfied customer that has provided more work since completion.

We have started a new job in Amberley which involves fitting multiple conservation windows and tiling with autumn brown Goxhill handmade clay tiles.

Great progress made down at our Worthing site this week.
This mitred slate projection is really taking shape just after one day and is looking super smart!

Luke is doing a great job down at our worthing site.
With one of the roofers off, he has stepped up to plate and has taken the lead on the project.

Proving to still be a valuable member of the team, Luke is always improving and learning as much as he can.

The lads are making great progress down at one of our jobs in Arundel.

After encountering many issues with the existing timber and brickwork, the main contractors on site (Tunmore design and build) were able to resolve the problems to allow us to crack on.
Although time has been added to the project, Kevin and Ian are doing a sublime job trying to gain that lost time back as well as producing a sublime job!

Both contractor and client are very happy so far !

A slate re-roof carried out in March 2019 in Brighton for another very happy customer.

New high quality Spanish slates were used to make this roof look the best it can. This house has been in the family since the early 50’s and has been passed down 3 generations so it meant a lot to the client for us to do the best job possible.

The guys carried out that required fantastic job on the roof as well as the timber and window sills, front and back, being re-decorated in a white gloss finish.

We even got a glowing review from the lovely client which we are very grateful to receive.
