As you all know, we will be reopening on Monday the 12th of April.
We will be taking bookings as of next week (monday 29th march).
We will each be doing a few hours a day to take your calls and get you booked in!

πŸ“žPlease call on the day your preferred stylist is in the salon taking bookings.
We will be in the salon from 9am until 12pm.
Monday - Danny & Niecia
Tuesday - Chloe
Wednesday - Chelsea
Thursday - Lisa
Friday - Jade

We will also be taking bookings for the following week too, week beginning 5 April including bank holiday Monday with the same rota and times.

❗Please note -
β€’ Should anything change with government guidelines, all appointments made will be cancelled.
β€’ We only make appointments by telephone and do not take bookings via our social media.
β€’ Unfortunately we will not be taking on any new clients for the time being as we want to prioritise our regular clients. (We can take names and numbers and update you when this changes).

❗CANCELLATIONS/MISSED APPOINTMENTS -
β€’ If you need to amend or cancel your appointment PLEASE call 24 hours before hand.
β€’ If we are not notified and an appointment is missed, there will be a surcharge of 50%. In which case we will require this to be paid before booking another appointment.
The reason for this is that we will be EXTREMELY busy and we wouldn't want anyone to miss an opportunity to get their hair done!

As im sure you all know, we will be super busy! Please bear with us, as we will try to accommodate everybody as best we can.

Following the latest government announcement, we are so excited that we have a date to look forward to! πŸ™Œ

For now, we will not be taking any bookings.
As long as the guidelines do not change, we will aim to start taking bookings by the end of march, for when we can open in April. (As we have done in the past, we will each spend a few hours a day taking phone calls.)

Unfortunately due to the change in the tier systems, we will not be able to reopen after Christmas. Once the government reduce us from tier 4, it will be business as usual.

We have been open for just over a month now, and it is so good to be back!! 😁

Just a couple of reminders for you all regarding our new salon policies.
β–ͺ︎😷 Face masks are now mandatory, if you dont have one, we can supply one for you for a small fee of Β£1.
β–ͺοΈŽβ˜• You are welcome to bring in a drink and your own magazine or book. But for the time being we are not allowing any food to be eaten in the salon.
β–ͺοΈŽβ›” We have a chain across the entrance to the salon, this is for your safety as well as ours to control numbers within the salon. So please wait outside until we let you in.
β–ͺοΈŽπŸ“ž If you are unable to attend your appointment, PLEASE call the shop to cancel at least 24 hours before you are due in. For any missed appointments, or if you do not cancel within 24 hours we will need to charge 50% of the cost of your service. And this will need to be paid before re-booking.
β–ͺοΈŽπŸ’‡β€β™€οΈ For any restyles or drastic changes please let us know before you attend your appointment so we can allocate enough time for you.

Okay, here is a lovely update for you all. Apologies its a bit of a long one!

We will be taking phone calls/bookings as of monday 15th of june. We'll be able to take phone calls between 9am-12pm. We will be taking shifts with the telephone as follows:
Mondays - Niecia.
Tuesday - Chloe.
Wednesday - Jade.
Thursday - Chelsea.
Friday - Lisa.
Danny’s appointments will be taken by all the team.

If you wish to speak to a particular stylist, please call within the times they will be able to take your call. Otherwise, you may call to be put on a waiting list, in which we will contact you to be booked in. Please bare with us as we will be very busy accommodating you as best we can.

Our plan for opening is as follows.
We will be working in teams of 3. Each team working 3 days a week, and we will be alternating the days each week.

Here we have set in place guidelines for reopening:
- πŸ“ž To make an appointment, please call the shop, as the door will be locked and we can only have a certain amount of people in the salon at one time. We also do not make appointments via our social media pages.
- Please turn up to your appointment at the exact time of the appointment. The door will be locked and we will let you in once we are able to do so.
- You will be given a breif consultation at the door before we let you in.
- 😷 Wearing a mask is compulsory for your time in the salon. If you can, please bring your own face mask. Otherwise we will supply you with one for a small fee of £1.
- Only people who have appointments will be allowed in. We will not be allowing any family/friends or children to accompany you. This is due to overcrowding and creating a higher risk to our other clients and staff.
- Im afraid we wont be able to offer teas/coffees. We have a water machine with disposable cups. Also we will not be supplying magazines to read. But feel free to bring your own drinks, or reading material.
- If you are unable to attend your appointment, please cancel within 24 hours or you will be charged 50% of the cost of your service. If this happens, we would require you to pay the 50% before being able to book another appointment.
- As we will be working limited days, and wont have as much time as usual, you will need to have a more detailed consultation over the phone when booking. To avoid us running over on the day of your appointment. Also please let us know if you have changed your colour during lockdown.
- For the time being we will be unable to do drastic/time consuming colour changes or restyles.
- I'm afraid we wont be taking on any new clients until further notice.

FINALLY - If you have or have had any symptoms, please contact us before your appointment and do not come to the salon. As this would be detrimental to the team working, and any clients we have in at the time. And the team may all have to then isolate for 2 weeks. In the case that you develop symptoms and we have to cancel your appointment, we will make you a priority when it is safe to do so.

We know these guidelines seem very strict, but its for your safety as well as ours. Hopefully these will only be temporary. 🀞
So providing nothing changes with the government guidelines... we will see you all soon! 😊

[04/09/20]   Hello everyone! πŸ‘‹ We hope you are all well.

We understand at this time your hair may be starting to get on your nerves, so we would just like to share some thoughts and advice for you all. 😊

Please try and use this time you have at home to give your hair a bit of a rest, especially if you regularly have chemical services or use alot of heat. We always recommend treatments as it helps protect and nourish the hair. Dont hesitate to leave on a treatment all day if you want to!
If your fringe is starting to affect your vision, or is annoyingly long! You can either leave it and push it to one side, or you can give it a little trim. Be sure to always section out the fringe, pin the rest of the hair back, comb it down and do a little bit at a time, to avoid it jumping up too high.

When it comes to colour, we advise against doing any home colouring. Mainly because should anything go wrong, it would be alot more time consuming than normal, Also colour corrections do cost more, and will be more damaging on the hair.
If you have any bright colours such as red or pink etc, we recommend you stay away from using any Live Colour XXL, simply because they are very stubborn colours to work with. Should you wish to change the colour it would be a long process and very expensive.

If you are able to use a root touch up product, thats great! These are normally a powder or a spray that you can wash out. If you would like a recommendation, the ones we have stocked in the salon are called Color Wow. They can be found online and they come in 7 different shades.
