Brilliant to hear from the C QC that they will be increasing ly focused on the quality of learni ng as a way to judge servi ce quality, and looking at the 'cultu re of learning' within providers. We've alwa ys insisted that training should not pure ly be a tick box exercise to eviden ce compliance, it should be about investi ng in quality learning opportunities for yo ur staff, who, will grow and st ay with you and ultimately deliver high er quality service! Seems such a simp le principle for someone on the traini ng side of the industry, but we s ee all too often that some provide rs are focused far too much on ticki ng a box for the CQC. Y es, it's important, but long term investme nt in good quality training will crea te stable, engaged teams who deliver fantast ic care. Simple 🙂
Borrowed from LinkedIn.....but ve ry true, quality training leads to effecti ve learning and competent & caring sta ff.
