If you have any concerns regarding your health please book in with Lynette our ANP who will assess you and instigate appropriate blood tests if required.

Surgery BP machine.
Please read the instructions carefully before using the surgery BP machine as many contributing factors during the time recorded, may cause an abnormally raised BP.
If you would like the nurses to assess your readings please hand the small printed slip into reception. If your BP needs assessment one of the nurses will contact you.
Please be advised a raised BP reading above current recommended targets, will instigate 7 days of home readings to work out a more accurate average. Unfortunately due to surgery machines not being returned we now have no loan stock available, so we will recommend you purchase your own machine. Alternatively you may use the surgery machine in reception twice daily for 7 days.
Thankyou for helping us to keep you all healthy
