1st Rye Squirrels will be there for lots of Pirate fun on Sunday 31st August. We would love to see you all there 🏴‍☠️🦜🐿️⚜️

Today the Squirrels went on an adventure around Rye to the we saw lots of things and afterwards we went to .cafe.rye for Ice Cream and to hand out our badges we have earned this term.

Did someone say it was woggle making day?

Today the Squirrels took their first Scouting Adventure into Bushcraft. Making woggles from Elder using palm drills. Thank you .uk for the lesson in making these at .reunion

Today's the day the Squirrels finished making and painted their bug hotels thank you Rye DIY for the donation of the paint the Squirrels were all so excited about the colours and guessing what mini beasts they would attract.

Today Squirrels made art out of all natural material found within our grounds of dried food. We listened to music to allow the creative flow and what better song than Mr Blue Sky, a favorite of the Drey's.

The final term before we break up for the summer we will be working on a new Badge Go Wild 🦟🐌🐛🐜🐝🐞🦋🦗🪲

Today at Squirrels we started working on our Go Wild Badge Bertie Beetle sent us a letter asking us to make bug hotels for him and all of his friends in 1st Rye's Garden.
