Final visit to this beautiful 2 story house that we’ve been extremely lucky to do a huge amount of renovation works for.

Today we fit the glass to finish up the staircase retrofit which, if you ask me, really is the cherry on top. The new oak rails tie in beautifully with the doors we hung previously this year, what do you think! 🪚

Ansolutely buzzing to show you all this full Annex renovation completed by Evolve Building and Carpentry (aka me) 💁🏼‍♂️ 🔨 Taking this 2-bedroom annex to the next level with a full renovation, from replacing the 1st-floor T&G flooring with added framework to building new stud walls to create a master bedroom and built-in wardrobe in the spare room. Topping this off with the newly framed out, modernised spiral staircase. The ground floor got a complete makeover too – a relocated kitchen, new oak laminate flooring, a sleek breakfast bar, and new skirting and architraves throughout. Plus, full redecoration including lining paper where needed and new oak doors bringing it all together. A project made easy by the best clients getting involved anywhere they could! Evolve Building and Carpentry’s latest bathroom renovation! We had a full strip out here, floor boards up, big old reshuffle with central heating pipework and a clear modernisation. I think it’s completely opened up the room and brought a beautifully fresh feel, what do you think?

Swipe to see my favourite kitchen to date, and one which put a smile on the clients every time she saw it. Templated stone work tops, even in the larder unit for a toast making station. False hinges, slow closing doors and drawers, pull out carousel spice wrack, integral usb charging sockets, and my favourite the butler sink with little cottage style cupboard doors. Absolute beauty.

Tasked with following an extremely particular specification the renovation on this communal kitchen and dining room went perfectly if you ask me! What do you think of the feature wallpaper and herringbone flooring?!
