Another one done and dusted today, damage to the wing and front bumper corner after a 3rd party damaged the vehicle.
Good old technique of hammer and dolly to straighten the wing out as much as possible and a small skim of filler applied to get it perfectly straight 👌

Skoda going through the paint process today in the oven.
As you can see from the size of the repairs this was quite nasty accident damage, with the use of the pin puller we managed to pull most of the metal work to where it needed to be and followed it up with a skim of filler, followed by a highbuild primer and then colour and the shiny stuff!
I must say, this came out exceptionally well considering how complex the shapes are!

Not a fan of the skoda design team on this one 😅 some seriously tricky shapes to try and replicate on this skoda 4x4 after some serious damage down the side of the vehicle, all pin pulled out with the metal work and a thin skim of filler applied, ready for the next stage of repair!

Couple more golf R bumpers going through the booth to rid off all the road rash and poor previous repairs on the rear bumper.
Looking fresh as the day it was produced 👌

Bonnet rectification carried out on this polo for a main dealership, putting right what a smart repairer previously made a hack of unfortunately!
Please choose carefully who you have repair your vehicle guys! Doing a job twice isn't cost effective and normally costs more to put right the previous mess someone else has left behind!

Another ford leaving the shop this week, in for a rear bumper repair and lower trim texture.
Plastic welded the split in both the bumper and lower trim and painted to our usual standards.

Another big job leaving the workshop this week in the form of this mondeo st, we've worked on this vehicle before and was lovely to see a returning customer!
After picking a fight with a bollard and loosing, we we're more than happy to rectify it for him and return it to its former glory.
As you can see it certainly looks alot better now!

Another golf R through the shop this week for poor previous repairs and heavily stone chipped front end.
All sanded back to bare plastic and stripped bonnet back to metal to eradicate the stone chips once and for all.

Another bmw leaving the workshop all repaired and looking a million dollars again.
This non fault insurance claim came to us after they waited 5 months for a big main stream repairer to perform the repairs which they never got around too after 5 months, unbelievable!

We fitted 2 new doors and blended the adjacent panels for colour match. As you can see it looks as good as factory once again 👌

Nice to have something abit different from the norm through the door! This tvr unfortunately had the brake reservoir leak and caused the paint to lift from where it had ran down the panel.
Nothing we couldn't rectify though and brought back to the standard it originally was 👌
I must say, the guys back at tvr certainly did know how to make a bloody awesome car, the sound of this is unreal 😎

So we originally repaired the vehicle this car had hit in the first place and after seeing how well the other clients car came out he soon decided to book his bmw in with us for the same treatment! All back together now and ready for collection for no doubt another happy customer!

One of the many jobs we've completed over the past couple of weeks. This lovely saab came to us with a rotten tailgate underneath the spoiler.
Only way to fully cure rust is to cut it out and start with fresh steel once again and that's what we did!
Taken alot of tinkering time and alignment but we got there in the end 😅.
Customer was over the moon with the result! We where quiet relived also!

Another insurance job completed this week on this lovely mazda in soul candy Red.

Quick repair to the upper section on this bumper and perfectly colour matched to the existing paintwork.

Nissan quashqai in for minor damage to the rear door and front door blend to ensure colour is spot on.

Lovely mercedes left the workshop this week also, after carrying out a new wing replacement through a non fault insurance claim.

Another one leaving us this week after another tricky rear quarter panel repair aligning it back up with the rear bumper.
Nothing we can't sort out though as you can see from the pictures!
All perfectly blended in with the adjacent panels and looking as good as new once again!

Vauxhall corsa in from a main dealer to be tidied up before going off to its new owner.
Typically forgot to get images of the damage prior to the repair 🤦‍♂️.

End result of the little ford fiesta we did last week. This came out really well considering how much the quarter panel had rolled inwards.
Good bit of old school panel beating brought it all back into shape and some handy gun skills making it look as good as new once again 👌

Another one in the process of being repaired, fiesta with an awkward dent in the rear quarter panel leaving a large gap between the panels.
Nothing a bit of old panel beating can't fix!

Another one leaving the shop today! In for a nasty dent to the rear door and big split in rear bumper. Both panels repaired and looking good as new once again! 👌

Nasty quarter repair done on this Audi A4 over the weekend, quite challenging repair this was but very satisfying to see the end result looking so well!

Nissan juke in for small cosmetic damage, all sorted and looking gleaming once again! This colour certainly pops straight off the gun!

Audi A4 all painted after a tidy up. Lesson learnt here as it was quite a shock to us once the screen was removed 😳. Make sure when fitting a new screen they put the correct primer down prior to fitting! Look at the state of the window recess! And this was behind the screen bond! We was only originally attending to stone chips across the front of the roof but we couldn't leave this without doing something with it 🤦‍♂️, all ground out and treated and not a minute too soon either!

Another vw transporter 😅. Came in for a new sill section and dog leg aswel as the sliding door to be repaired.
All painted thanks to the spectrometer matching the lower half colour perfectly 👌

Finally got the E46 completed and ready for collection. Labour of love this vehicle was, as the list of things to be done kept on growing! This was only in for a wing and bumpers originally! So glad the customer went the whole hog and treated the whole vehicle to a complete refresh.

The trio of transporters we've had in this week! Only the yellow remains with us still after it under goes a new sill section and dog leg aswel as many other little finishing touches to bring the exterior back up to scratch.

Another one completed this week, replacement front bumper also adding the feature of DRL's and lower fogs to the vehicle.
We also added abit of colour to the bonnet! Certainly stands out!

Cheeky little bumper corner in today and all ready to go back first thing tomorrow.
UV primer applied to the repair enabling us to paint it the same day.

All back together and looking superb 👌after the door being repaired and blended each way for colour. Looks as good as new once again!

Another one painted today, bmw 2 series with poor previous repairs and some large chips to the upper door, all rectified and looking spot on once again 👌

Peugeot boxer van in for repairs prior to its camper conversion, both sides repaired and painted and a replacement rear door to go on also. This got through a few litres of paint let me tell you 😅

Lovely mercedes in recently for small wing repair and bumper scuff. Pdr repair carried out on the aluminium wing to ensure a minimum amount of filler was applied. Followed by a squirting of the glossy stuff!

Corsa rear quarter panel in for repair and paintwork! Very deceiving dents across the panel leaving us with alot more panel work to be done to ensure its the correct shape!
