Delicious and healthy breakfast, your family will love it 😋😍

Please find below the recipe.

2 bananas
100 g of Blueberries
1 cup of oats
½ teaspoons baking powder
Cinnamon powder
2 eggs

In a processor or blender, put together the oats, baking powder,
and cinnamon. Blender it until the oats gets a flour texture, then add the rest of the ingredients.

Whoah, what a day. It is was really busy baking day. It isn't easy to cook at home when you are used to work in a professional kitchen. Sometimes it can be really stressed working without the correct equipment, therefore when I see the great results and my customers reviews, everything is worth.

Be resilient that's the word.

Today I made cruffins, brioche bread and peanut butter biscuits.

Our sourdough hot crossed buns

It is made with organic flour 50% wholemeal for extra nutrients, currants and sultana with a touch of orange and lemon (to keep the italian tough 😁) Grey tea in the glaze to pair with lemon flavour from the zest and peel.

Sourdough brioche with raisins and curry 😋☕

In Brazil Sunday means granny's house. All family together for lunch.
This bread made me to remember my grandma making fresh bread for the tea. Everyone sat in the table laughing and enjoying fresh bread and coffee ❤️☕
