June is Menโ€™s Mental Health Awareness Month ๐Ÿ’™

Too many men struggle in silence, feeling pressure to stay strong, keep going, and handle everything on their own.

The truth is that strength isnโ€™t about hiding how you feel. Strength is reaching out, speaking up, and supporting one another when life becomes difficult.

This month, letโ€™s challenge the stigma around menโ€™s mental health and encourage open conversations. A simple message, phone call, or check-in could make a bigger difference than you realise.

You are not alone. Your mental health matters.

๐Ÿ’™ Check in on your mates.
๐Ÿ’™ Start the conversation.
๐Ÿ’™ Ask for help when you need it.

Some stories deserve to be shared. ๐Ÿ’œ

One conversation. One check-in. One person reminding someone that they matter.

Our peer support worker trusted their instincts, reached out, and helped someone find hope again when they needed it most.

Never underestimate the impact of simply being there for somebody. You may never fully realise how much a small act of support can change a life.

If youโ€™re struggling, please know you are not alone. ๐Ÿค

Everyone is welcome to pet the sheep, with all donations going towards our amazing work we do in the community and aiding people with mental health.

Every voice matters.

These are just a few of the powerful things people have said about their experience with our Peer Support Workers.

Being heard. Being understood. Being supported at the right time.

Thatโ€™s what an inclusive future looks like.

Today we had the privilege of attending a brilliant International Womenโ€™s Day event hosted at Liverpool Womenโ€™s Hospital alongside the Liverpool Chamber of Commerce.

It was truly inspiring to hear powerful stories from incredible women who are making a real difference in their fields. From leadership and innovation to improving healthcare and supporting communities, the passion and dedication shared throughout the discussions was amazing to witness.

Events like this remind us just how important it is to celebrate womenโ€™s achievements, amplify their voices, and continue building opportunities for future generations.

A huge thank you to everyone who shared their experiences and insights today. Weโ€™re excited and looking forward to the amazing work, collaboration, and positive impact still to come in the future.
