The absence updates we recently announced are now live in Sabre.

Designed to improve compliance, transparency, and day-to-day visibility across your workforce operations, this release includes:

Weekly absence reporting across all categories including CSV downloads and graph
Absence logging via app or admin
Updated absence selector
Direct link to worker history tab
Worker history tab displays all forms of absence

These changes are now available and ready to use.

Built to deliver better visibility, consistency, and control.

Sabre Vend: Facilitates booking requests, and timesheet approvals from a Vend customer.

Sabre T2: Provide second tier suppliers access for filling your bookings, compliance management, and timesheet approvals.

Sabre Customer: Customers can request bookings, view existing bookings and high level compliance and approve timesheets.

It’s been a demanding period adapting to recent regulatory changes, and we’re continuing to evolve our processes to support compliance and transparency.

Here’s what’s coming this month for absence management:

• Weekly absence reporting, including statutory absence, holiday, no shows, refused work, and unavailable workers
• Absence inputs captured via the Sabre App or administrator updates
• Confirmation of absence emails triggered from the attendance tab or shift amendments, with configurable communication settings
• Updated assignment form wording to include reference to shift notifications which provide the assignment duration

These updates are designed to improve visibility, consistency, and control across absence management.
