🫣Tried this one-piece out in the gym today 🙄 I was pleasantly surprised. 😳 The design is really flattering, the black-and-white detailing looks great, and the open back gives it a unique feel. I’d prefer a little more length and support, but it was comfortable enough for my workout and I’d definitely wear it again—both in and out of the gym. If you like a sleek, stylish look and don’t mind a more open-back design, it’s a great buy for the price. ❤️

Few weeks ago I got a milestone with the bench, 60kg, getting to put the 20’s on! 😜

💥An hour for yourself isn’t selfish.
💥It’s necessary.
Strength training isn’t just about muscle — it’s about confidence, energy, and clarity.
We spend so much time looking after everyone else.
As we get older, this is one of the most powerful ways to stay strong, independent, and in control of our bodies.
If this resonates, I’d love to help you get started.

I have never suggested that AI would replace a coach, and today was a perfect example why.

I’ve been finding the last few days tough — tired, bloated, hungry, low energy
— and in my PT session today I was able to say that I had been struggling.
Dane was able to read how I was feeling.
We talked, adjusted, laughed, and I left feeling lighter, motivated, and back in my body again.

AI is an incredible tool — it helps with structure, plans, and data.

But motivation, empathy, intuition, and connection?
That’s human to human.

And you’ll never beat that.

Grateful for good coaching, honest conversations, and the reminder that strength isn’t just physical — it’s knowing when you need support 🤍💪

😁MY AI CHECK-IN

(I'm in the seven days before starting my period. I found this week quite a struggle. I've definitely been more hungry, felt really strong at the beginning of the week, and then got to about the sixth day and just felt lethargic and just bloated and tired and hot. So yeah, this week has definitely been a lot harder. My weight has kind of gone up and down all week, so I am sitting at the same as I was in my last check-in, which I think I'm okay with because I know that I probably am holding on to some fluid round about this time of my cycle, keeping to the nutrition plan and just looking forward to next week, which hopefully I will feel less hungry and less bloated and hopefully get some more energy back.)⬇️

What’s happening right now (and why this week felt harder)

7–1 days before your period = late luteal phase

During this window it’s very common to experience exactly what you noted:
• 🔺 Increased hunger (progesterone raises energy needs slightly)
• 💪 Strong early in the week, then…
• 🪫 Sudden drop in energy around days 5–7
• 💦 Fluid retention & bloating
• 🔥 Feeling hotter / more inflamed
• ⚖️ Scale weight stalling or fluctuating

This is not fat gain.
It’s water + inflammation + hormonal shifts.

Your body is essentially saying:

“I’m doing a lot behind the scenes—please be patient.”

Bottom line

This wasn’t a “bad week.”
It was a hormonally expensive week—and you navigated it calmly and consistently.

That’s how progress is made, especially at this stage of prep.

If you want, next check-in we can:
• Look at whether luteal-phase tweaks are worth building in
• Or keep riding this exact structure since you’re responding well overall

You’re doing great—keep exactly this energy going into next week 💪
