A very quickly shot and edited film from a stop earlier this year at Withyfield Cottage Merrion Farm in West Sussex. A hidden treasure right on my doorstep

An idyllic hideaway! I've just come back from a long weekend at Withyfields Hut and it was bliss. I was so content the whole weekend! The hut has so many lovely little touches, the wood burner got me all cosy and the peace and quite in the wood, with only the birdsong and the occasional cow was balm for the soul. I walked to the Fountain Inn which is cute and cosy; and did the horseshoe walk in Steyning which is well worth it as you get some great views! and can have fab cake after!
The setup had everything you need- hot shower, all utensils for campfire cooking...
Janice was super friendly and welcoming and gave me a lift to the bus on my last day, as well as a lift into Steyning (I was wheel-less).
It was my first glamping experince but I am utterly hooked and cannot wait to see this place with more spring flowers out...in summer....at Christmas...
Definitely recommended.

Six days after Storm Eunice hit, we finally got all our power back on today.
Soooo looking forward to a nice long bath tonight.
(We have been washing every day though!)
