Title Fight: Paulie Malignaggi vs Rolando Dy BKB54
BCB boxer Brandon Bethell on the importance of mentality in the sport. Mentality/heart/determination can be the difference between winning and losing despite disparity in talent as we have seen many times before in the ring.
Credit to for the clips of
production setup.
I spoke with BCB boxer and gym owner Ben Collins about what boxing does for people and how he started out.
More to come from the BCB fighters as they prepare for the 25th July ๐ฅ
Jamie Edwards vs Harvey Sturton for the Midlands Title via BCB Promotions. ๐ฅ
A true back and forth clash for the title, Jamie getting the knockdown and Harvey having a point deducted secured the victory for Edwards. I look forward to Harvey coming back, he has a very high volume, unconventional style, makes him a tricky opponent for anyone.
Exciting times for Edwards as he looks to continue his unbeaten run in the pro ranks.
A fantastic night of boxing in Wolverhampton and great production from Total Soundz.

Darren Till banned from the Misfits boxing event between Tommy Fury and Eddie Hall this weekend. Supposedly due to John Fury's contract with the promotion directly.
Despite no Till, his uncle Don Tillio will be in attendance.
Tommy thinks he could KO the Cobra... can he KO the world strongest man?

They HATED Each Other... ๐ณ๐ฅ
What started as a war of words became one of the greatest rivalries in British boxing history. The press conference was full of mind games, insults and pure tension as Carl Froch and George Groves pushed each other to the limit before they had even stepped into the ring.
Fight 1 ended in huge controversy with a stoppage that divided boxing fans around the world. Many believed Groves was robbed, while Froch stood by the referee's decision. The debate only made the rivalry even bigger.
The rematch was impossible to ignore. Over 80,000 fans packed Wembley Stadium to witness the conclusion of one of boxing's fiercest feuds. This time there was no controversy. Froch landed one of the most iconic knockouts in British boxing history and brought the rivalry to a dramatic end.
Few rivalries have had this much hatred, this much pressure and this much history.
