This is an understandably stressful situation hence we are taking all kinds of preventative measures under the NHS and WHO guidelines whilst still being operational for all our customers.
Customers’ and Engineers’ health and safety is our highest priority. Hence we are making sure to ask the customers on the very first call whether they’ve visited any of the extreme infected countries recently or been in physical contact with anyone who has.
We are keeping higher hygiene standards than usual especially by wearing gloves full time and disposing of them after every job. Complete sanitisation of themselves and their equipments is also implemented.
Absolute vigilance in all aspects from our side will be maintained from the beginning of the job to the end. However we do advise all out customers to do the same.
Payments can be made over the phone with a credit or debit card or BACS to avoid as much physical contact as possible.

We are open 24/7 as usual and are carrying out all jobs necessary, however if you feel like the work required is not an emergency and can wait till the situation gets better we do recommend you do so.

This is also the time to keep cautious of those criminals who are taking advantage of the vulnerability of the public. We strongly advise you to stay smart and safe and feel free to contact us for any security advise you might need.
