‘SUZE’ not to be pronounced ‘SUZIE’ more like ‘SOOZ’.
A French Apéritif 🇫🇷
Suze is delicious by itself on ice, though some might find this a tad bitter. Due to an overload of citric tones 🍋
In our opinion, Suze is best with tonic and a lemon twist. Suze also pairs excellently well with eau de vie, Cognac, and gin.
The 🇫🇷 spirit was a favourite by one of our mixologists during their time in Annecy, reckons it’s a new revolution.... time to jump on the crest of the 🌊?
Come by this weekend and try something a little different, it’s bloody fantastic. 👌🙌
