Here I have a lemon sponge christening cake, semi-naked with just a light covering of lemon buttercream. Dripping effect white chocolate ganache to top it off. Most of the flowers made by myself with sugar paste the small ones are organic edible flowers that were crystallised using powdered egg white and sugar...

Chocolate heaven! My latest cake, for a wedding last weekend. This was a combination of vanilla sponge and chocolate sponge filled with buttercream, covered in chocolate ganache, then finished with modelling chocolate ruffles. 🍰

30th birthday cake this week; a 10" vanilla sponge cake filled with raspberry buttercream, then covered in white chocolate ganache. The buttercream ruffles gives it a delicate finish!
