I’ve always been upfront about my ongoing journey to become more eco-friendly and sustainable. It only really kicked in during the first lockdown… and it hit me quick and fast. I’d decided within weeks I wanted to grow my own business… selling and spreading support for products that are kinder to the planet.

Some things changed overnight… others are still transitioning, including the sorry state that I call my make up bag!

During lockdown, I’ve only adorned my face with a full face of make-up probably a couple of times a week. I actively plan my work diary, so I do most of my video calls on the same day (lazy I know).

It’s important to share… we don’t have to switch out everything straight away. Do it when you’re running low or about to purchase a new product.

The best sustainable purchases in most instances, is to not make the purchase unless it’s really necessary.

So, after a good rummage through my make-up bag, it’s time to look at some eco-friendly make up options… mascara, eyeliner and concealer first!

Any suggestions would be greatly received? I’d like to add a make up range to but as with all our products… I need to do some serious researching and testing first.

I love my bathroom mirror… a fab secondhand shopping purchase, even if I do say so myself 💚

With the heady excitement of the Euros last night… I had two sluggish boys to get to school this morning 😴

Thursday night is a double whammy of football training in our house. In fact I’m chief transport co-ordinator for training across 4 nights a week (Yay!!).

Our utility room is a mass of football foots, astros, trainers… it is not an area to enter for the faint hearted 😂😂
