Cooking Good has been working with , giving a practical demonstration of alternatives to and ways to to improve the glycemic load of rice to a wonderful Gujurati group, most of whom have type 2 diabetes. One man said that it was the first time in 17 years that anyone had given him a real understanding of how he can manage his condition.

Never a dull moment here at Cooking Good. Sustainable Food meeting this morning, butterbean casserole making this lunchtime and planning resources for upcoming events. It's only early afternoon and I'm now rescuing a sheep that has its head stuck in the fence! 💪🐑
