The Powerpuff Girls have defeated me again 👊 Definitely perfectly imperfect with a couple of small mistakes. Self taught sewing has a ridiculous amount of learning curves.

Lack of time and writer's block has caused a massive gap in creating something new.

A recent trip to Berlin, seeing all the vintage shops and fantastic style items, a little bit of Sewing Bee and the usual kick up the backside from little sis has motivated me to get some stitchery going on.

This week's project is turning this pile of leftovers in to something amazing 🤞

Slayer jacket £30

Size 10/12 cropped denim jacket. This started life as a plain blue jacket. I've given it a bleached effect and added patches from a repurposed band tee, leaving plenty of room to add more of your own 🤘🪡🤘

First attempt I managed to sew the sleeve to the front, second time I ran out of bobbin thread. Third time lucky. Currently praying to the metal gods 🤞🤘
