✨ Trader Update ✨

Hi everyone, just a little update regarding the Summer Fair 🌞✨

We’ve had a few last-minute changes to the trader line-up due to some non-payments, alongside some new applications coming through. To keep everything fair, traders have until Monday to complete payments, and once this has passed the final table plan will be confirmed and released.

I just want to apologise for the delay with this. I know some of you may feel like there hasn’t been much communication, but please know there is so much happening behind the scenes and I promise I haven’t forgotten about you all ❤️

I’m working my absolute socks off to make this event as magical as possible — not just for our guests, but for every single trader attending. From planning layouts to organising all the little details, my aim is to create an amazing day where everyone feels supported and has a fantastic event ✨

Thank you all so much for your patience, understanding and support. I really appreciate it and can’t wait to see everything come together 🥰

After June’s AMAZING Family Funday (you lot absolutely smashed it! 🙌) we are ready to go even BIGGER and BETTER for our next one! 🎉

The footfall was fantastic, the atmosphere was incredible, and we can’t wait to bring families back together again for another brilliant day ❤️

We are working in Collab with Discos Castles Northeast to provide so much more fun!

🏠 Indoor tables: £20 each

This event will include:

✅ Public Liability Insurance (PLI)
✅ Any relevant documentation/certificates required for your business

Spaces are limited and will be allocated carefully to create a great mix of stalls.

Just got home and unloaded from the Tees Traders Network Family Funday and what an absolutely brilliant day 👍

We arrived early so that we had plenty of time to get set up and prepped but were bombed out straight away just with the vendors alone!

From 10am - 4pm we never stopped so apologies if I seemed a bit stressed because I was lol 🤣 it was carnage in the best possible way but everyone was so patient and understanding that we were flat out and it was fantastic 💯

It has to be said that none of this would have been possible without the hard work, planning and organisational skills of our host Talie Norfolk who has, as usual gone above and beyond to make sure the event was a resounding success 🙏

💥 You absolutely smashed it out of the park 💥

Now time for some food and make friends with a well earned bottle of single malt 🥃

Firstly, a massive thank you to Synthonia Suites for hosting us, to every single trader who brought their amazing businesses along, and to every customer, family, and little adventurer who came through the doors today. 🛍️🎈

We also want to say a big thank you for your patience and understanding with the changes we had to make due to a booking confusion with the venue. It meant things had to be switched around last minute (cue a little organised chaos 😅)… BUT WOW DID YOU SMASH IT! 🙌

Everyone came out in force, supported local businesses, filled the place with smiles and laughter, and turned what could have been a stressful situation into an absolutely amazing day. That’s what community is all about ❤️

And now… we go again! 👀

Before the kids launch themselves into the fun, please make sure you grab your play pass wristband from the organiser first.

Look for the lady who looks like she’s trying to be in 12 places at once… that’s her 🤣
If you can’t find her, just ask one of our lovely stall holders and they’ll point you in the right direction!
