Made to order: tilt and slide recovery bodies
We are a fabrication business based in South Wales and specialise in all aspects of metal fabrication, including manufacturing and fitting recovery truck bodies to the chassis of both new and used vehicles.
Our made-to-order, newly built bodies are MADE TO FIT YOUR TRUCK, usually on Ford, Nissan, or Iveco chassis, but we are able to build custom bodies for almost any chassis.
Our tilt and slide bodies use very heavy-duty and durable materials, and we pride ourselves on a high level of engineering, which means that our bodies can meet type approval requirements if necessary. These transportation bodies are made with precision and built to last. We pay careful attention to details such as ramp angles and gradients, the choice of power and brand of winches, rams, and hydraulics, and we use checker plate metal either side of the body top; you can see this in our photographs.
This checker plate design, along with our custom CNC centre piece, not only makes the surface of the body safer as there’s more grip, but this feature is what makes our bodies unique and separates them from the rest (winch is not included). �We can customise the colour of the paint or the strapping to match your company's colours or to your preference (spraywork or grip paint is an additional cost; our bodies come bare metal).
We can also customise your tilt and slide bodies using our in-house CNC table; we can cut your business or company logo into the body, either on the tailgate, headboard, or side rails, should you choose, as shown in the photographs.
This is at no additional cost and is included in the price.
We sell our recovered bodies at great value due to lower than average maintenance and extended durability with an increased lifespan.
The turnaround time for a tilt and slide body varies, but it is currently between 1 and 4 weeks.

Our products are CNC Cut from flat mild steel 2-10mm thick 8x4ft , the sleighs we build, they are made to order we make small and large ones , but the standard size we make is 500mm-300mm-250mm and they are all hand finished.
