Today we're working in Hunts Cross for a lovely family. We are doing a boiler replacement, with a new gas supply, flush and magnetic filter to ensure the system is in the best condition. All supplied and fitted with hive smart phone controls.
The previous pipework was messy and looked awful. As always, we ensure our pipework is top notch and mess-free!

This customer wanted to remove the copper tank from an airing cupboard and the old water tanks from the loft. They also wanted rid of the noisy shower pump which would disturb their sleep.
The solution? An energy efficient, digitally controlled combi boiler, providing extra storage space and instant, noise-free, hot water!

*Update on previous post* Photos are now attached of the new boiler which fits perfectly into an existing cupboard.
We've been out to assess a job today. The customer has been smelling gas and needed our advice. We very quickly established that the flue has rotted which has resulted in carbon monoxide entering their home. ⚠️
The boiler hasn't been serviced in a long while as they have been putting it off. This just highlights how important safety checks are. A simple carbon monoxide detector and an annual, cost- effective service is all it takes to keep you and your family safe.
The family have now decided it's time to update their boiler which we will be doing for them in the next couple of weeks. We provide energy efficient, affordable boilers which will cut down your energy bills in the long term. 👍🏻

This customer put a nail into a gas pipe whilst hanging a mirror, meaning they couldn't move into their new home on Saturday as planned! I called round today and replaced it with some new pipework so they can now enjoy their new home 👍🏻😊

And of course, we always ensure we don't cause more issues for our customers and take care of their home whilst working in it. We understand how invasive it can be when working in people's homes and do our best to make it as stree-free as we can!

We run the flue horizontally to meet regulations as the neighbour's flue is directly opposite and we’ve used a Plume management kit to make sure the combustion steam doesn’t become a nuisance.
The extra thought, detail and finish make all the difference!

Hi, we hope you're all having a great weekend. We're working in Widnes today (yes, we will work Sundays if needed!) doing an emergency boiler swap.
Our customers' old boiler packed up and they needed us to resolve the issue asap. We could have repaired it but as it is 10 years old, our customers decided to switch it for a new one.
This excellent Baxi boiler will be fitted with Hive Smart Control to make it easy to manage via your mobile phone and therefore, even more efficient.
It will be up and running in just one day. 👍🏻😊
