"That's no moon." Not the Death Star either, I think it's a lenticular cloud (let me know in the comments if you know) over the mountains of Eryri catching a bit of colour from the setting sun. Shot from the beautiful Llanddwyn Beach on Anglesey.

I was fortunate enough to photograph this incredible sunrise in November 2020 at one of my old stomping grounds, Broadwater Forest nearTunbridge Wells. It remains the most incredible sunrise that I've photographed or ever witnessed.

With the rapid rise in temperature and subsequent thawing of the recent snow across northern England, I thought it could be good conditions for fog. And boy, was I right. Perfect conditions for some woodland fogtography at this location that I've been wanting to photograph for a while. Having the place to myself for a couple of hours was magical. Even having to constantly wipe down my camera from the drops of water that fell like rain from the fog bound trees just enhanced the experience.

Bridge and Beech. Sadly, this scene no longer exists due to a storm that brought down this mighty beech tree destroying the bridge in the process.
