Most people searching for a bar service are looking for the same thing: someone who just handles it.
We work across events of all sorts, from weddings to corporate events, product launches to outdoor festivals. Different briefs, different guests, different energy in the room.
The one thing that doesn't change is how we show up. 😉
A spotlight on: Spiced Margarita.
Everyone’s doing a spicy margarita, but not like this.
We created our twist on a spicy marg for a chain of motels with a cool, retro feel. We wanted to elevate the drink, to surprise, to defy expectations. Melon cordial for some sweetness, coriander seed for earthiness, and a custom sherbet rim that hits sweet, sour, salty, spicy and bitter all at once.
We think this one is worthy of its moment, and is just what our client wanted.

Today is International Wine Day. For us, it's a reminder of what good wine service looks like to Escapade.
It starts pre-event. Sitting down with clients and their chefs to understand the menu, the mood, and the moments that matter. The right selection can shape the entire feel of an evening, lifting the food and giving dinner service its own character.
Every bottle is chosen with the intention to complement the food, support the flow, and make every detail feel considered.
When it's chosen well, wine isn't just another option on the menu; it shapes it.
Cocktail Spotlight: Aestival
Not quite summer, not quite winter. That in-between feeling when the light changes, the evenings stretch out, and everything shifts a little.
We built this one around that moment. Tanqueray Seville brings the bittersweet warmth of Spanish oranges, bergamot liqueur adds a delicate floral edge, and the classic peach and cranberry base ties it all back to a familiar s*x on the beach, reimagined for the season.
The result is a drink that feels warm before it even hits the glass. Bright, layered, and easy to love.

Five weeks until Bolesworth International!
It's a big operation. Multiple bars, two weeks, thousands of guests, but the brief stays the same: drinks that match the standard of the event, service that runs without a hitch, and a bar team that cares about the detail.
Back at Bolesworth International from 26 June to 5 July, and we can't wait.
