Project Focus: Hale Luxury Home

Clockwork Screed transformed uneven pre-cast concrete slabs across three floors of a multi-million pound Hale super-home for Bayley & Swift. Instead of costly PIR boards, poured insulation self-levelled voids up to 25mm variation over 300m², enabling seamless underfloor heating installation.

Liquid screed at 25mm thickness followed, self-compacting around 2km of pipework for optimal thermal performance, drying in 24-48 hours with zero waste from on-site batching.

Thinner floors that still perform

Even with limited space for floor build-ups, Part L requires better insulation. Aeromix lets you go thinner and lighter, from 30mm direct on hardcore, density just 93kg/m³, still 100kPa strength. Ditch thick PIR boards for a 'pump-in-place' system that self-levels and reduces waste.
