Triangle Red Devils

Lot of changes but perhaps not the main one (Amass ?) for which some were hoping ? Certainly exciting to see Lacey and curious (?) to see Darlow in action...

Brighton's been scoring for fun, so let's hope that backline is ready from the 1st minute. Sesko and Rashford could cook on that left side, and playing Heaven and Yoro might be a good (hopefully promising) preview of the future. Any momentum/good showing is welcome...

3-3 into PKs, then United wins ? See less

A bit late, and we honestly didn't deserve much from the match anyway, but it's something of a salve 😕

Referees group Pro Ref acknowledges error on Erling Haaland's goal to win Manchester derby "Contact has been made with Manchester United this evening to acknowledge what we deem is an error of judgement. A review of the incident will take place," said a spokesman for Pro Ref

Back line doesn't inspire confidence, and we've yet to find steady rhythm... but hope springs eternal and a little more when it's at Old Trafford

3-3 ?

Hopefully a dominant display without any drama or moments of suspense... we could use some strong momentum heading into the weekend

Would have been a good time to rotate a couple of other players (Lammens, Martinez ?) and rest others (Cunha, Bruno, Mbuemo), but maybe an early lead will still let some of that happen... but wish Amass would have at least started

3-1 ?

Might be a tough road match but need all 3 points to keep up momentum heading into the match vs Sh*tty (and the lads can’t get caught looking ahead)

2-2 🙁 ?

Debatable whether more spending now is a better idea vs settling in with this roster and continuing to remedy the fiscal situation at the Club after several years of mismanagement, but it's interesting to note that we're in company with 2 promoted sides (so far) in this window - unless Baleba proves to be something transformative and Marcus continues his intensity and has another serious goal-scoring season, we don't seem to pass the eye test as a title contender just yet but should challenge for top 4 and maybe a domestic cup at least without more incomings ?

Of all the rumors, the only ones which might be worth big money is Lewis Hall and maybe Osimhen. To balance the books, we could accept any offers which come in for Mount and Deligt (given how unreliable they are anyway) and loan out or sell (🙁)Zirkzee. That could close the quality gap while still not straying into Spurs/Chelsea spending territory.

Hopefully season kicks off at home properly today… Mainoo + Rashford starting is a good call

3-1 but late goals ?

Let's see what happens - not an easy group and would need someone to find form and start firing in goals steadily (or more), bc defense is still lackluster

Hopefully some other impact player (ideally CB ?) arrives before the transfer window closes. If not, we're at the mercy of the offense scoring 2+ goals per match in matches to feel comfortable. 😕

Man United's Champions League draw: Bayern Munich, Atlético Madrid, Roma Manchester United will host Bayern Munich and AS Roma in this year's Champions League league phase as they return to the competition for the first time in three years.

New season is upon us and with it a title challenge starts

Tricky to start on the road but should be ok vs a promoted side ?

2-1 with a goal from a 2nd half sub…

Alright, alright… hope the kid is worth the fee, but it’s definitely a position of need + he seems to genuinely want to be at United
