Little Dragons Beginners Course (Ages 6–15, Mixed Family Class)
The Little Dragons course is designed for children and teens aged 6 to 15—and it’s a mixed family class, where parents and adults can train alongside their children! This unique format encourages family bonding while making martial arts fun, supportive, and accessible for everyone. Students of all ages improve their fitness, balance, and coordination, learn practical self-defence skills, and build self-confidence, focus, and resilience. With an emphasis on anti-bullying strategies and positive mental health, the Little Dragons course empowers students to stay safe, healthy, and strong—together as a family.

Hi, all members of the Ching Mo family. I'd like to remind all members of the next Chi Sau seminar which will be held on Saturday 12th of August at 1.30 -3.30 at the cabin.

The cost is £25 per person and will be limited to a maximum of 16 people.

Please contact Sifu Billy Davidson directly to book your place. A deposit is required prior to attending or pay in advance.

This will be a great opportunity to enhance your Chi Sau skills, as well as getting together with other Ching Mo family members.
