This decision hasn’t come lightly and I am very sad to announce that Pyxis bakery is closing down for the foreseeable future.

I have enjoyed creating many different themed cakes over the years and maybe in a few years time I will be back to create some more.

I would like to thank everyone who has liked & shared my posts and ordered from me.

Sometimes in the baking world you have to have a little patience; I see this idea on TikTok and attempted to make these a few times and it didn’t work out but with a little patience and determination, I’ve managed to create this edible chocolate mushrooms cacickles!

Determination and perseverance has paid off!

Happy 4th birthday beautiful Amelia! I hope you had a lovely time at Legoland and enjoyed your rainbow unicorn cake!

Happy 18th to my beautiful niece Brooke and happy 60th to the best dad I could ever ask for!

Two parties in one = double the fun, also = two sided cake!

Note to self: wrap the cake box in cling film if it’s raining so it doesn’t ruin the edible prints!
