Our Caputo dough is hand stretched and shaped to ensure the traditional Neapolitan pizza experience; a lightly singed , bubbled crust with a thin base that has just the right amount of exposure to our italian oven floor to allow you to fold for easy eating. Based out of Bollington, Cheshire and operating out of a Level 5 FSA rated commercial kitchen, we are ready to raise the bar at your celebration.
