As an all-women interior design team, we are constantly inspired by the creativity, resilience, and perspective that women bring into every space we design. From the clients who trust us with their homes and stories, to the collaborators, makers, and friends we work alongside, we are deeply grateful for the community of women that surrounds and supports us.

Design, at its heart, is about creating spaces where people can feel safe, seen, and empowered. We carry that intention with us every day, guided by the strength and vision of the women who came before us and those building alongside us now.

On this International Women’s Day, we also hold space for the many women around the world who are not afforded the same opportunities, freedoms, and recognition. Their strength reminds us that progress is ongoing, and that there is still important work to do in our industry and beyond.

We’re Hiring: Social Media & Marketing Specialist

We’re excited to be looking for a creative, brand focused Social Media & Marketing Specialist to help grow our brand and connect with our audience across digital platforms.
This is a new exciting role for our business based in Wilmslow, so there is real scope to make it your own.

What you’ll be doing:
* Planning and creating engaging social media content
* Managing and scheduling posts across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
* Supporting marketing campaigns and launches
* Analysing performance and suggesting improvements
* Helping shape our brand voice and online presence
* Small tweaks and amendments to our websites
* Coordinating and taking part in photo shoot days
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in social media and digital marketing
* Strong copywriting and content creation skills
* Understanding of analytics, trends, and audience growth
* Some photography and filming skills
* Self-motivated, organised, and driven to straighten our brand
* Experience with tools like Canva, Meta, and similar. Shopify and In Design a bonus
