Every year, about 1.2 million people move to the UK, and almost 500.000 move out. That gives us almost 2 million people looking for accommodation in places far away from their base, where they might have not even been before. Having done this process ourselves, I know how difficult it can be to find a place and the uncertainty it comes with, when booking a home that you can’t view in advance.

That’s why we created HomeCheck, to undertake viewings for prospect tenants and/or buyers, for people who cannot see the property they are interested in themselves. For now, we cover London, looking to expand further soon.

The way it works is pretty straightforward: you find a property you like online, book an appointment with the owner or agent, and hire us to go have a look for a small fee. You can request feedback on the property, photos or even a video call.
