I’m still here in Spain, regrouping, reflecting and taking stock of what has been the most wonderful few days. 🤍

There is so much gratitude.

Gratitude for my incredible partner Bal, for every woman who trusted us enough to join us, and for the very special group that came together for EQUINOX.

When you host and facilitate retreats, you naturally spend so much of your time thinking about everybody else — making sure people feel comfortable, supported, well looked after and able to fully immerse themselves in the experience.

What felt particularly special this time was that somehow, we got to enjoy it too.

We laughed until our stomachs hurt. We shared beautiful conversations. We witnessed some incredibly powerful moments. There was depth, silliness, vulnerability, connection and a genuine sense that the right women had somehow found their way into the same space.

Bal and I both came away feeling incredibly lucky.

You can create the setting, carefully curate the experience and hold the space… but the women who walk through the door bring something that can never be manufactured.

These women brought magic. ✨

So now, while I’m still here in Spain soaking it all in, we’re already looking ahead to what comes next.

✨ OUR EQUINOX CIRCLE IS COMPLETE ✨

There comes a moment when you stop adding, stop searching, stop wondering who else might come…

…and simply look at what has gathered and think:

This is the circle. 🤍

Our EQUINOX Retreat is now complete, and after months of dreaming, planning, creating, organising and pouring so much love into the tiniest details, it’s almost time.

The bags are being packed.
The finishing touches are happening.
And somewhere, separately, each woman joining us is preparing for her own journey to Andalucía.

Very soon, we all meet. 🌸

What happens from there cannot be completely planned — connection never can be.

We’ve simply created the space for it.

For laughter.
For reflection.
For movement and stillness.
For beautiful food and meaningful conversations.
For a little magic.
And for whatever each woman discovers when she gives herself permission to step away from everyday life for a while.

Our circle is complete.

Now we get to watch it come to life. ✨

At **EQUINOX**, one of the experiences I’ll be guiding is **Chakra Embodiment & Rhythm** — a journey through music, movement, energy and intention.

This isn’t about being able to dance.

There are no steps to learn, no choreography to remember and absolutely no pressure to look a certain way while you’re doing it 😂

It’s about allowing the body to lead for a little while.

To move differently as the energy shifts.
To notice what feels grounded, powerful, playful, sensual, emotional, resistant… or unexpectedly freeing.

Sometimes we hold things in the body long after the mind thinks we’ve dealt with them.

Movement gives us another language.

You may laugh.
You may surprise yourself.
You may feel something shift.
You may simply have the best time and forget you were ever worried about what anyone else thought.

I’ve been creating this experience for our EQUINOX ladies and, judging by the headpiece, I think it’s safe to say…
