I’ve been feeling lately how hectic things can get juggling work, family life and everything else that comes with it.

At times it feels like everything is just in your head all at once.

So I put together a really simple system to help me stay on top of things and reduce the mental load a bit. Nothing complicated, just something practical that works in real life.

It’s been surprisingly helpful for me, especially just getting clear on what actually matters each week.
