This broccoli pasta is made with a whole tub of alterego cottage cheese for a sauce that’s unbelievably creamy and indulgent, while still keeping things simple, wholesome and packed with protein.

Because if you’re going to wing dinner again, it may as well look like you planned it.👀

Cheese & onion crisps… but make them high protein. Would’ve been rude not to 👀

has turned the nation’s favourite snack into a cottage cheese recipe worth obsessing over. Crispy, savoury, packed with protein and dangerously easy to demolish in one sitting.🤤

Ideal for post-workout snacking, after school cravings or pretending you’re “just having a few” during movie night😏.

Crunch them, dunk them, dip them, however you eat them, these high protein crisps prove healthy snack recipes don’t have to be boring.✌️

Ingredients for 28 crisps 👇

- 450g alterego cottage cheese
- 80g Parmesan
- 16 fresh chives, chopped (2 tbsp)
- 2 tbsp nigella seeds

Recipe 🧑‍🍳

1. Preheat the oven to 160°C fan (180°C conventional) and line a baking tray.

2. Mix all the ingredients together and scoop heaped teaspoonfuls onto the trays, leaving space between each one so they can spread as they bake.

3. Bake for around 30 minutes, until deep golden brown. Start checking them after 20 minutes, as they can brown quickly.

4. Transfer to a rack, let them cool, then try not to eat the whole batch in one go.✌️

These 4 ingredient, high protein bagels are SO good they shouldn’t make sense 👀

This recipe makes 4 soft, golden bagels, each packing 10g of protein, with a light, fluffy centre and a golden crust built to handle whatever you load them with.

Delivering on both flavour and function, it all comes down to one not-so-secret ingredient…cottage cheese.

You’ll need👇

- 200g alterego cottage cheese
- 150g self raising flour
- 1 egg
- Bagel seasoning
- Fillings of choice

Recipe 👩‍🍳

1. Blend your cottage cheese until smooth.

2. Add to a bowl with the flour. Mix, then get your hands in and bring it together into a dough.

3. Lightly knead until smooth, then split into 4.

4. Roll into balls, push a hole through the middle and stretch into bagel shapes. (Bigger hole than you think, trust us.)

5. Beat the egg, brush over your bagels, then go in with the seasoning.

6. Air fry at 180°C for around 9 minutes until golden.

7. Slice, load up your fillings and thank us later.

Top tip💡 Too sticky? Add a little more flour, and remember, they rise, so don’t be shy with that centre hole!

Cottage cheese and toast: a serious staple with endless possibilities.

Week 4/4, and this recipe is one not to be missed. Layer your cottage cheese with cherry tomatoes and spring onions for a properly smug upgrade on a classic cheese melt.

Golden, gooey, and just a little bit superior. Exactly as intended.
