In everything give thanks...
When something bad happens to you, no matter how terrible it may seem, before lamenting, crying, beating yourself up, of becoming overwhelmed with sadness, try to look at it from God's perspective.
Try to see it the way God sees it.
There are many things we complain about, many things we are unhappy about, and many situations we wish never happened to us.
But have we taken time to ask what God is saying concerning those situations?
Have we taken time to seek His perspective before concluding?
Please, always remember that God's plan is the best. God's will is the best.
So whenever a situation arises, focus more on what God is saying concerning it than on what it looks like on the surface.
May God continue to be with you and give you the grace, wisdom, and strength to keep moving forward.

If you actually sit down and look at the goals you set for this year, and those things you truly desire and have been praying for, you will realize that many of them, if not most of them, are tied to your growth and development.
But now, how do you grow and develop? It is actually very simple.
Many people want to grow, but they don't know how. There are three steps to it.
Number one: Learn new things.
Number two: Practice the new things you have learned.
Do not just learn. Apply what you learn.
Number three: Keep practicing until you produce new results.
Many people stop at practice alone. No.
Practice until you begin to see results.
For example, a video editor, graphic designer, or social media manager learns a new skill online and begins to practice it on personal projects.
Don't stop there.
Keep practicing, keep doing everything you can until what you have learned begins to produce results in your life.
Results such as more jobs, more clients, increased income, better opportunities, and greater impact.
Do not stop at learning.
Do not stop at practicing.
Continue until you are producing results.
If you can do these three things consistently, those who once rejected you may eventually come looking for you.
Because in life, people don't ignore results.
It is not the learning that attracts them.
It is not even the practice that attracts them.
It is the results.
When people begin to see undeniable results in your life, they naturally become interested.
They begin to ask questions.
They begin to seek your help.
They begin to value what you carry.
So whatever you do, make sure you are producing results. Because results speak louder than explanations ever will.

So this is how it works. You have to understand the difference.
It is actually good to be desperate. It is good to be very zealous and ambitious. The problem is that most of us become ambitious and zealous in the wrong direction.
For example, if you are in a love relationship and your partner is not doing what you expect, especially at the dating stage, you are not supposed to force or compel them to do what you want.
No.
You grow and build yourself into the kind of person that attracts the right behaviour or people into your life. You become the kind of person that attracts the things or the people who naturally align with your values and expectations.
Instead of settling for someone and trying to force them to become who you want, increase your value to the point where you attract the things or people who already possess those qualities.
The same thing applies in the workplace. Do not force your boss to like you. Do not force your employer to increase your pay. Do not force people to recognize your value.
Build yourself. Build your capacity. Be desperate enough to grow to the point where they are compelled to notice you, respect you, and reward you accordingly.
So don't force externally. Force internally. Push yourself to grow. Challenge yourself to become better. And those external factors will gradually align with the person you are becoming.
The same thing applies to friendships and family relationships.
Do not spend your life forcing them to do things for you.
Instead, build your character, capacity, and influence to the point where your presence naturally inspires cooperation and respect.
As we have always said, what you are looking for is also looking for you, but not this version of you.
So instead of putting pressure on the things you want, put that pressure on yourself to grow. Rise to a higher level. Become a better version of yourself.
And you will be surprised to see that the people, opportunities, and conditions you once chased begin to move towards you.

Most of us are craving for the time when we don't have to work at all, when we don't have to do anything and just keep earning money.
It's not an unrealistic dream. It's very realistic. In fact, there are people living that kind of life today.
But do you know what they did to get there?
Do you know the amount of effort they put in to get to that stage?
Yes, it's good to pray. It's good to hope. In fact, pray for big things, hope for something big, and expect mighty things. But do not cheat your destiny by only working small after praying or hoping for something big.
It will never happen. This is a law of life. You see, for every reward you want on earth, there's something you must do to get it.
And for those who are only working without praying, hmm, you are in a dangerous zone.
Because it is possible to do everything you can to succeed and still not succeed if you neglect prayer.
You have to balance the two.
Those who win are those who work as though they don't pray, and pray as though they don't work.
You work because of the principles of life, which require men to work.
But you pray because of the principalities in life, battles beyond what human effort alone can handle.
When you balance both, you become a master of the principles of life and an authority over the principalities that try to stand in your way.
So those dreams, those goals, and those things you are hoping for, please do everything you can after praying and hoping to invest in yourself.
Research as much as you can on what is necessary for you to do to bring those things into reality.
I pray God will give you the grace to do everything it takes to bring your destiny into reality.

Many of us believe that the things we are praying for today will finally make us happy when we get them.
The money. The house. The car. The successful business. The influence. The relationship.
But the truth is, until you get some of these things, you may never realize that they cannot give you lasting happiness.
They can enhance your happiness, but they cannot create it. Happiness is first an inside job.
It is determined more by the state of your mind than by the state of your possessions.
That is why rich people also cry. That is why successful people can still feel empty.
That is why some people achieve everything they once dreamed of and still find themselves searching for joy and peace.
So strive for more. Grow. Build. Achieve great things. But do not make the mistake of believing that your next achievement will automatically make you happy.
Learn to find joy, gratitude, and contentment in your present season.
Then let success become an addition to your happiness, not the source of it.
Because if you are not happy without those things, there is a good chance you may not be happy with them either.

No one fulfills their destiny alone.
Every successful person you see today was helped by someone. They had supporters, mentors, partners, assistants, friends, or people who believed in them and stood by them.
For every assignment God has given you, there are people assigned to help you fulfill it.
But you have a responsibility. First, be diligent with what God has called you to do.
Secondly, be discerning enough to recognize the right people when they appear.
Lastly, be humble and wise enough to maintain those relationships when you find them.
Many people do not lose opportunities because the right people never came. They lose opportunities because they lacked the attitude, character, or wisdom to keep those people.
So take your assignment seriously. Value people.
And when you find those who genuinely believe in you, do everything within your power to nurture and protect that relationship.

Just because you are kind does not mean you should allow people to take advantage of you.
Just because you fear God does not mean you should sacrifice everything just to please people.
This applies to everyone, not just friends.
It applies to family members, employers, colleagues, classmates, neighbors, clients, business partners, and anyone else who comes into your life.
Be careful how much you sacrifice for people. And be careful to what extent you sacrifice yourself for them.
Many people are very good at manipulation. They do something small for you, and then use it as a reason to make you feel obligated to do much more for them. They constantly remind you of what they did, hoping to pressure you into giving more than you should.
Yes, be humble.
Yes, be kind.
Yes, be willing to help.
But the moment you notice that you are losing your peace, pay attention.
The moment you notice that you are losing your joy, pay attention.
The moment you notice that you are losing your sanity, your confidence, or your sense of self, it is time to step back and reevaluate the situation.
Because when you sacrifice so much for someone that you begin to lose yourself, something is wrong.
No relationship, friendship, job, business partnership, or family obligation should constantly require you to destroy yourself in order to maintain it.
You cannot keep pouring from an empty cup. Protect your peace, joy and identity.

You know the saddest and scariest thing about bad habits?
A bad habit can get to a point where it begins to deceive you.
You become so used to it that you no longer see it as a problem. It starts to look normal, especially when people around you are doing the same thing.
That is why bad habits are dangerous.
If you do not deal with them early, they will eventually convince you that there is nothing wrong with them.
You spend hours every day watching Instagram or TikTok reels, but you cannot spend 30 minutes or one hour learning a skill, taking a course, reading a book, or developing yourself?
That is a problem.
Some people post regularly on their status and view every other person's status, yet they ignore important messages from people who genuinely matter to their growth and future.
That is a problem.
Some of you spend more time criticizing leaders than you spend leading by example in your own homes, even among your siblings, friends, or colleagues.
That is a problem.
Many of you wrote down inspiring goals for 2026 to succeed, but how many have taken time each month to evaluate those goals and honestly measure their progress?
Many don't.
The year ends, and instead of reviewing what happened, they simply write a new set of goals for the next year and repeat the same cycle.
That is a problem.
These habits may look small, but if you do not deal with them, they will show up in other areas of your life in different forms.
One of the most dangerous habits of all is distraction.
If you do not recognize and deal with it early, it will quietly creep into the very things you need to do to succeed.
Go back to those goals.
Go back to those disciplines.
Go back to those things you used to do that were helping you grow.
Do not allow life to distract you from your purpose.
Because many times, the biggest obstacle to success is not a lack of opportunity, it is the bad habits we refuse to confront.
I pray God gives you the wisdom to recognize those habits and the Grace to deal with them immediately.

Unfortunately, you may have heard this again and again, but you may not deeply understand it until you begin to experience how much time and energy you are losing each day.
Whether you like it or not, there will come a time when you will no longer have the time you have today.
There will come a time when you will no longer have the energy and strength you have right now.
So take advantage of this season while you still can.
You will begin to realize that some of the things you could do effortlessly yesterday may become a struggle tomorrow.
When you are young, you may have time and energy, but may not yet have money. That is the season to build capacity, prepare yourself, and position your life for what God has planned for your future.
These are the things you must do before the money starts coming.
Because it is the capacity you have built and the level of preparation you have made that will determine how much you can handle and produce when the opportunity to make money finally comes.
So build capacity now.
Build bigger capacity before you lose the time, strength, and energy you have today.
Because once time and energy are gone, no matter how much money you have, it becomes harder to build yourself the way you could have done when you were younger.
I pray you understand this before life forces you to experience the reality of it.
