With years of senior management experience, Knowledge rose through the ranks in the UK Insurance industry and became the Head of Pricing at Markerstudy Insurance Service Ltd, which is the UK's leading insurance broking company. Prior to this, he was a senior manager at RAC insurance, the largest UK breakdown coverage provider. His wealth of knowledge, experience, and passion for providing solutions lead him into public speaking/training. Knowledge is a firm believer in charitable giving, especially in the areas of people development and youth empowerment. To this end, he runs multiple social media platforms (with over 100,000 global followers) that focus on helping youths develop the skill set, will-set and mindset required to be successful in today’s world. His foundation, Insight Motivation and Development Foundation, a Nigeria-based charitable foundation, has helped lots of Nigerian youth in skill and education acquisition and development.
