Bedside table or mantelpiece? You choose.
I am bringing my practice into a ceramics studio in Bath for a four week series. We are getting our hands dirty to explore what feels good, getting inspiration to connect and create with clay.
Whether you are coming solo, with a partner for a very different date night, or booking as a group, it is an invitation to get tactile.
At Thr Artpad in Bath on Wednesday nights from 22nd April. It is relaxed, intentional, and entirely up to you. Limited spaces per session to keep it intimate.

The Lab is officially open.
This is not a hobbyist pottery class. We are using the kiln to decode the cranium. High-resistance tactile work designed to disrupt the "numbness" of the modern world and recalibrate your sensory mapping.
It is raw. It is science-led. And it is strictly for adults.
The Details:
📍 The Artpad, Bath

GET YOUR HANDS DIRTY.
Forget the sacred feminine. Your parietal lobe is the part of your brain that maps your entire body — and it cannot tell the difference between making art and building pleasure until you teach it.
We are using clay to do exactly that.
Bath. 22nd April. Ten seats. The rest is in your hands.
Clay After Dark — link in bio
Today is the Spring Equinox. The planet is shifting, and it is the exact biological moment to wake up your sensory mapping.😘
Most of us are architects of our outside worlds, but numb from the neck down. If you are numb inside your own skin, what is the point?
This is where clay comes in.
I am merging the kiln with the cranium. No wheels. No “wellness” fluff. Just raw minerals, hardcore neurobiology, and [BEEP].
Your anatomy is the blueprint. The clay is the medium.
CLAY AFTER DARK: CERAMICS UNCENSORED

I have spent the last 10 weeks inside the 'Mastered business bootcamp', where the focus is on using AI tools and the ever-expanding use of AI. Having just returned to the UK, living in Australia for 12 years, I've used it to help me navigate my transition and get to grips with how it might affect or help my new somatic intimacy coaching business, moving forward.
It stretched and supported me more than I expected. Not technically, but mentally. Being surrounded by a sharp and ambitious peers forced me to confront where I might have been playing small and where I had been hiding behind comfort. There is nowhere to coast when everyone around you is building, questioning, and executing at speed. At the same time, AI became a surprisingly direct mentor and sounding board. As a solopreneur, it helped me interrogate my thinking, navigate doubt, and separate emotion from strategy. It did not replace judgment, but it sharpened it.
It has made me realise how AI can support human development rather than replace it. It clarified how I want to integrate technology into my work, and where it definitively cannot and will not take over.
The biggest takeaway was not just how rapidly AI has advanced in the past year. It was my standards. The level of thinking you tolerate determines the level at which you operate, especially when AI amplifies whatever you feed it.
But here is what no algorithm can teach.
The most sophisticated tool in any learning practice is the body.
AI will not replace embodied awareness, nervous system regulation, or lived experience. If anything, we are returning to what has been neglected. Grounding. Sensation. Presence. Human contact that is felt, not simulated.
This is not a departure from my previous career as an experience and events producer and creative. It is an evolution. I have always worked with experience as the medium. Designing environments. Crafting moments. Moving people emotionally and physically through space and art.
Now the space is internal.
The body remains the entry point. Experience remains the method. Transformation remains the outcome.
AI can structure, analyse, and scale ideas. But the real work does not happen on a screen.
It happens in the body.
And that is where my work continues.

A genuine thank you to the Mastered team and my incredible cohort for the 10 weeks of rigorous, generous thinking.

✨ A little shift, a big season of change ✨
As the wheel turns, so do I — back in the UK for a wee while now, and with a gentle evolution of my work… now under My Intimacy Code.
Tomorrow, for Samhain, we gather in clay and ritual to honour transition — crafting mandalas and talismans from the earth itself. 🍂
A moment to ground, create, and mark the turning of time together.
Honoured to be part of The Wild Descent — a day of deep reverence, embodiment, and healing, guided by some incredible facilitators. I’ll be holding space through clay, exploring somatic grounding and creation as ritual.

“Where else would you get an osteopathic massage in a room full of ravers with Nirvana at full pelt?” MGV
In 2014, I launched Morning Gloryville Sydney—riding the tidal wave of a global movement that began in London, led by the visionary Samantha Moyo and powered by her right-hand women Caitlin Erica - Alice Pepperall By the time it reached Australia, it had already stirred up dance floors from New York to Barcelona—redefining how the world wakes up.
We were one of the first sober day raves in the country. A Wednesday morning dance floor packed with glitter, bass, and 400 endorphin-fueled humans—no alcohol, no substances. Just pure embodied energy.
I ended up on live TV (yes, in a pink-and-yellow polka dot onesie), talking about why we don’t need 10 beers or cocktails to move, feel, or connect. That dancing can be the medicine—and that the body is the access point.
We were blessed to have Klue (FBI Radio) and Ricky Cooper (Return to Rio) on the decks. And the legendary Tommy Franklin our spokesperson, our legendary mascot, movement muse—he brought the heart and soul (and still does). He embodied everything we stood for at the time: joy, freedom, presence, and pure, unfiltered dance.
Since then, others have continued the very important work of conscious movement—too many to mention… No Lights No Lycra, Day Shift, Ecstatic Dance, Five Rhythms, Sydney Ecstatic—each creating spaces for people to connect back to themselves and each other through the body.
A decade later and into my somatic journey. I’m creating spaces that honour those same principles—movement as medicine, nervous system reset, and full-bodied expression through dance and connection.
Your body remembers. Let it move you.
