Loved the energy in the room on wednesday, NLP for Speech and language therapists in Cardiff! So fun to be part of the buzz of new insights and a fresh perspective on things.
Even got a text saying that the washing up had taken on a new complexion when a colleague had decided that she didn't HAVE to do it but was CHOOSING to! Washing up with a smile is so much more fun! Little changes in language having an impact on quality of life already! :) G x
