Every now and then I like to take take a walk on the Southbank...the sound of the river, that rush of the people and the smell of the various riverside restaurants is just refreshing for my mind.

As a Virtual Assistant I have the opportunity to leave my desk whenever I decide to do so and just recharge.

Have you thought about your 2026 Goals?

Every morning I take 10 minutes to establish my top three priorities and to see if I'm on track for my weekly goals which lean into my monthly goals which then lean into my quarterly goals.

One of my goals for January is to finalise a course I'm creating to help you with your business plan.
