It's been a while, but I'm really glad that I have decided to spend more time on my art.

Team Beds and Luton are looking to get you active and have set a dance challenge that starts in the New Year and ending up in a competition.

Can’t Dance Won’t Dance? … The Workplace Challenge is offering a 6 week programme which is coming up in the New Year.

This really is a fantastic opportunity to let your hair down, shake of your inhabitations, get in to the grove and have a great laugh with colleagues and friends.

We have engaged The 2 Step Dance Company who will choreograph you for 6 weeks in a style of your choosing.

You will need to get a minimum of 10 people together, these don’t necessarily need to be from the same Workplace. The cost will be £15pp for the 6 weeks of coaching, this will include a Dance off at the end of the programme which will be a fun relaxed event and very much a social evening for everyone across the county to come together and strut their stuff.

This is aimed at male and females of all abilities and we are actively encouraging those with two left feet to get involved too.
