Hello all

It has been a while since I posted here for which I apologise. There have been a number of changes which have taken place over the past few months:

* we no longer offer bouncy castle & soft play delivery/hire

* I am no longer delivering pre-school music & movement classes, certainly not this side of the year. This saddens me particularly as this is where Tippee Toes started but it is the absolute right decision for me at this time. Will review this again in the spring.

* I am unable to deliver any children’s parties at this time.

* I am currently only offering private infant massage courses to existing NCT groups and groups of friends, provided the space is suitable for social distancing.

* I am working with a total number of two doula clients at any one time. I do have a very good network of birth and postnatal doulas on hand if I am fully booked so please do enquire.

Healthy meal plans from a local mum and business owner.

Fitness for Mummies - exercise classes in South London! We are pleased to launch our brand new FFM Recipe Packs: each one is filled with lots of nutrituous, tasty recipes for every meal of the day. All packs include handy weekly meal planners, plus shopping list planners.

*TUESDAY MUSIC & MOVEMENT*

Until further notice, music & movement class will continue to run as usual on Tuesdays at 10am at the East Dulwich Community Centre. We had a very popular session last week so I wouldn’t want to disappoint, however, may I respectfully request the following:

Once you have entered the community centre, please use either the facilities in the kitchen or restroom and wash yours and your little one(s) hands (with soap) before entering the class. All equipment used will continue to be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.

To help us stop the spread of Coronavirus, we are asking that families do not attend class if:

- they have a cold or flu symptoms

- they have a new and continuous cough and/or a high temperature of 37.8 degrees or more

- they have come into contact with someone who may have, or is suspected to have Coronavirus

- they have returned within the last 14 days from an area with a significant outbreak of Coronavirus.

THURSDAY BABY MUSIC & MOVES CLASS IN EAST DULWICH

Thursdays (term time only)
11.00-11.40
Age range: 4 months to pre-walking (4 months is still quite little but many parents enjoy coming along as soon as possible for the social aspect and to learn new songs and activities with their babies)

East Dulwich Community Centre
46-50 Darrell Road, East Dulwich, SE22 6NL

£6.00 per child / £10.00 for twins
Pay-as-you-go. No advance booking is necessary. Payment is made in cash on the day so you can come along at your own convenience without missing sessions you already paid for.

This class follows the same structure each week. Some weeks the sessions are themed, other weeks we do lots of familiar and traditional action songs and before we break up for half term, I ask parents to suggest their favourite songs that they wish to cover in class in that particular session.

Weekly classes will feature some (or all) of the following:

Welcome song
New and traditional music tracks
Action songs
Percussion instruments
Gentle moves
Sensory play
Colourful floating scarves
Parachute play
Light show
Bubbles
Goodbye song

A friendly and inclusive space where you can relax and make new friends.
