With a connection between EasyTrans and Timocom, you can easily post a freight offer on the online freight exchange directly of Timocom from EasyTrans. You can click directly to Timocom and receive offers via Timocom Messenger. Other transport companies can respond to the offer immediately.

𝗙𝘂𝗲𝗹 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲
Many transport companies are now having to charge a fuel surcharge. EasyTrans includes a special feature for this: the ‘Fuel surcharge’ rate type.
For each rate, you can specify whether or not a fuel surcharge should be applied. This allows you to determine exactly what you want to charge the fuel surcharge on, for example, on mileage but not on waiting times. From the premium package onwards, you can also use the export function. The export function allows you to export customer data, order data and invoice data. This makes it possible, for example, to create a sales report in Excel or send a trip overview to a customer. One last tip this year: It is possible to adjust rates without copying the product. With this option, all rates of the current product are adjusted. The change applies to all new orders. If you want to update the rates of existing orders, switch the orders to a different product and then switch back again to reset the rates. This update provides EasyTrans with a number of new features and improvements, such as the ability to create a Transport Order in PDF format. 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗺𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱𝘀!
If several goods have to be imported for 1 order, the order line can be repeated, adjusting the information in the fields Amount to height (cm) and keeping the other fields the same. Add the column “Rate type no.” to your import file, this allows you to indicate per line which type of goods belongs to it.
