What I teach now is shaped as much by years of quiet self-practice as it is by all the studies and trainings I took.
We tend to think as students of yoga and as teachers that we need more knowledge, more tips, more tricks.
While thatâs helpful and technique is important, it only carries you so far.
Eventually you have to take a leap of faith and start trusting in yourself, your own embodied wisdom, your own awareness; and share from that space.
We talk about authenticity a lot these days, but itâs hard to be authentic when thereâs so much noise, so much conflicting opinion, so much antagonism.
Quietly coming back to self-practice is a deep refuge, a source of great stability and peace.
It was never only about movement. It was so obviously so much more, it didnât even need saying. We felt it. And it still exists if you look deeply enough.

Your workouts should not make you more stiff. Muscle shouldnât cost you movement.
There are efficient ways to lift weights that increase your flexibility, range, and control - without costing you strength.

I fixed 20 years of chronic lower back pain by finally focusing on lumbar flexion. Bonus is it improved all my yoga arm balances, gave me access to my abs and core strength, and unlocked a lot more advanced or complex yoga Äsana / postures.
