A recent survey reported that the COVID lockdowns have had a detrimental effect on oral health. This , we wanted to remind patients how important it is to take care of your oral hygiene to prevent gum disease.

Gum disease is a very common condition that is often caused by poor brushing and flossing, meaning that a build-up of plaque occurs. Here are our four top tips on how to maintain good oral hygiene:
