We’re delighted to congratulate Kavyne Morris, who is celebrating 5 years with Potter R***r!

Kavyne joined Potter R***r in 2021 as an Employer’s Agent in our Beckenham office, bringing nearly a decade of construction industry experience and holding BSc (Hons), MSc and MRICS qualifications.

Over the years, Kavyne has delivered projects across the residential, education and rail sectors, from small infill sites to larger regeneration and land development schemes. She has particular experience in delivering housing for Registered Social Landlords, working closely with clients, stakeholders, architects, contractors and local authorities to ensure successful outcomes.

In 2026, Kavyne was promoted to Associate Director, recognising both her technical capability and her contribution to the wider team.

Nicky joined us in 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟬𝟲 and has since become a 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 in our 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲, building extensive expertise across 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝘃𝗲𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗿’𝘀 𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. Her experience spans private and affordable housing, commercial, and a wide range of other sectors, covering new build and refurbishment projects of all sizes and values.

As the main point of contact for her projects, Nicky leads a team of Surveyors and works closely with clients from inception through to completion. Her specialist knowledge includes JCT Contracts, public procurement, Passivhaus, net zero carbon, and timber frame construction, supporting the successful delivery of complex and high-value developments.

We plan around live, occupied buildings, whatever time of year the work falls in, and deliver safely, efficiently and with minimal disruption.

Across the education sector, we’re currently supporting a summer refresh programme spanning 35 buildings at University College London, emergency RAAC removal and roof replacement works at Bromley High School for The Girls' Day School Trust (GDST), and earlier, the delivery of a new secondary school at Mulberry Academy London Dock for Tower Hamlets Council.

We are providing 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗿’𝘀 𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 for Gravesham Borough Council on the delivery of new homes at Harbour Village, Gravesend, with Bellway as developer.

Construction is progressing ahead of programme, with the first-floor slab complete and work on the second-floor slab now underway. The team continues to work closely with the Council on interior specifications, including kitchen and bathroom fittings that will support future adaptability for residents.

It is a positive start to a scheme that will deliver much-needed new homes for the borough.

Five of the six phases have now reached 𝗚𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗻 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗸, with brickwork, roof trusses and superstructure works progressing well across the remaining plots. The scheme remains 𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗲, with strong momentum as the development moves towards the next stages of delivery.

Burghley Green is delivering 36 new homes for Cross Keys Homes across six phases within the growing West Cambourne community. Constructed by Taylor Wimpey, the development forms part of the wider expansion of the area and includes a mix of affordable housing designed to support local need.

Over more than two decades at Potter R***r, Joe has led on landmark schemes for clients including Legal & General, Tower Hamlets Council, Imperial College London, Haringey Council, University College London, and The Girls' Day School Trust (GDST), building relationships that have shaped our London office along the way.

We’re proud to be supporting Annesta Lee and the team at Harlow Council as they take on 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲: 𝗘𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗠𝘆𝗻𝗱 & 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗲 on 11th September 2026, a tough 26-mile walk through the Shropshire countryside.

Their efforts are raising funds for two causes close to many hearts, the British Heart Foundation and Cancer Research UK, both of which fund vital research and support people affected by these conditions every day.

We’ve made our donation to back the people and partners who make our sector stronger, and to help a good cause along the way. While we’re not taking part in the walk ourselves, we’re pleased to help raise awareness of the event and encourage others to get behind it too.

Supporting our local communities like this means a great deal to us, and it was brilliant to see everyone get behind it.

Linda Holland joined Potter R***r in September 2016 and is a 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗟𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲. She brings extensive experience in secretarial and office management roles, supporting the team with the dependable, solutions‑focused approach she is known for.

At our Employee Conference last week, Linda was recognised by her colleagues for exemplifying our Caring, Proactive and Solutions Focused values. This reflects the qualities she demonstrates every day; reliable, discreet and always one step ahead, ensuring everything runs smoothly before anyone even has to ask.

Over the years, Linda has provided the administrative backbone of the London office, supporting valuation reports, correspondence and presentations, managing diaries, travel and hotel bookings, and keeping the day-to-day running of the department on track. Her background in the property sector meant she understood the demands of the work from day one, shaping a decade of efficient, reliable support.
