Work Experience 2026 - GoAcademy🚀

Last week, as part of GoAcademy, we had the pleasure of taking on 2 work experience students from a local school.

The students got to experience all the different aspects of Goaco, including Service Desk, Marketing & HR and Cyber Security. They confirmed that they had a "brilliant and insightful time" with us, with even one of the students stating that "it was 100% better than school"! 😆

What’s been happening at Goaco HQ today:

💚 Our team lunch was the perfect chance to catch up, followed by some some refreshing smoothies that were handmade by the team! 🍏🥤

💚 We had a short session on mental health, focusing on how we can better support one another and foster a positive environment.

It’s been a fantastic day of growing together and prioritising the wellbeing that keeps the Goaco team strong.

This Mental Health Awareness Week, we’re prioritising our most important asset: our people.

This Thursday, May 14th, we’re joining to support the Mental Health Foundation. We’re coming together to raise awareness, support one another, and focus on the wellbeing that keeps our team thriving.

3 simple ways to prioritise your mental health this week:

1️⃣ Step away from your screen for five minutes of movement or fresh air. A short physical break significantly reduces cognitive fatigue.

2️⃣ Things can get hectic and there will always be something 'urgent' to do, but burnout is real and can affect anyone. Commit to ending your workday at a set time at least three days this week.

3️⃣ Grab a coffee with a colleague. Sometimes just talking through a challenge makes it feel more manageable.
