Gum disease is a very common condition that is often caused by poor brushing and flossing, meaning that a build-up of plaque occurs. Here are our four top tips on how to maintain good oral hygiene:

Our Story
Located in the heart of London, just down the road from St Paul’s underground station, is Vestry House Dental Centre. Situated in a beautiful, historic setting, we aim to create a relaxing environment for our patients.
Our team has years of dental experience and offers a range of services including general dentistry, cosmetic treatments and more complex treatments such as dental implants and teeth in a day (full arch restoration). We accept self-referrals, as well as referrals from other dentists. Many of our clinicians studied and qualified from prestigious institutions including Eastman Dental Hospital and Guys and St Thomas’ Hospital and have lectured all over the world.
