The Flower Moon πΈ
We can sometimes spend so much time planning nights out, but the truth is, the best moments are often the simplest ones (as corny as that might sound!). A shared meal, a warm blanket, and a sky full of stars can turn an ordinary evening into something special.
This Mayβs Flower Moon lit up the night like a quiet celebration- a reminder that beauty does not always need a price tag. Sometimes you just have to pause and enjoy what is already around you or right in front of you.

The LORD is My Shepherd
1. The LORD is my shepherd,
I shall not want.
2. He makes me lie down in green pastures,
He leads me beside still waters.
3. He restores my soul.
He leads me in paths of righteousness
for His nameβs sake.
4. Even though I walk through the valley
of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil,
for You are with me;
Your rod and Your staff,
they comfort me.
5. You prepare a table before me
in the presence of my enemies;
You anoint my head with oil;
my cup overflows.
6. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me
all the days of my life,
and I shall dwell in the house of the LORD

Nothing beats the smell of fresh lavender, and in the month of July, a calming and soothing trip to Castle Farm in Kent proved to be exactly what the soul needed.
shared a post a little while ago, on the health benefits of lavender, some of which include calming the mind and supporting a good nightβs sleep. There are many ways to include lavender in your everyday routine, whether through essential oils, skincare products or simply by having the plant nearby.
In addition to picking up some lavender bundles, yummy jam and a sleep balm, whilst on site we sampled some flavourful biscuits and tried some other lavender-infused products.
All in all, a fun day out!
